Well, we finally saw Lord of the Rings (the second one), and I recorded my tryout. I couldn't hit the highest note. No matter how hard I tried. This will really suck. I just know I'll get third chair, since Justin and Loren are both hundreds of times better than me. I hate it! I try so hard, but I'm not good at all. It peeves me. I want lessons, but there are very few teachers. And half of those won't even take students anymore. *sigh* Oh well. I don't mind third chair so much. My parents will murder me, though. I'm still playing first part, and I can always challenge Justin, but... GRRR. This makes me so mad. I'm just not a good trombone player, I guess, even if I wish I was.

I can very personally say I don't really believe in God. Sometimes I think, well, maybe he does exsist, and I'm living my life in sin because I won't believe it, but, it's my own choice, and no one can change it. As a youth, I can say that I am living my life the way I want at this point in time, with no "God" hanging over my head, and that's the way I want it. Sorry to sound like a bitch, but that might just be what I am. Don't take offense to it, I'm not trying to attack you or anything, the comment just annoyed me a little, as I don't think God is important for me, and I tend to lean more towards science and understanding of the world around me. *shrugs* Just wanted to point out that, as a youth, some of us can't say that about our lives, but we can say plenty more.

So, here goes, you know? Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jenny! You made my day! By the way, when didya get a livejournal? ^^ Nifty.
*kicks livejournal*

Yeah, because the FAQ couldn't get anymore confusing. I can't even figure out how to put a picture in!! *cries* Somebody want to tell me how to post pictures, make a livejournal cut, AND change my background, comments links, etc? Please? I'd be really happy if you just e-mailed me the instructions, so I could change my journal and make it pretty, like I want to. *nods* Please??? Please?????

Okay, that's enough of that.

So I thought that I would try and figure out how to change the background in my live journal, so I could create this awesome Escaflowne thing. I'll keep looking into it, but... I don't understand much of it, quite yet. It's hard for someone who isn't that intelligent! *whimpers* If someone would like to explain it to me, (write it all down so I can get it, I mean), I'd be very grateful!

Ooooo! Ayashi no Ceres! The 7th book, even! Yeah! It's so awesome. Here's what happens, basically:

Tôya and Aya are the opening scene (of course), and are interrupted by Chidori bursting in. Suddenly, Wei Fei Lee is in the hallway, and wants to fight Tôya. (I think they're in the school's dorm, by the way.) So, these random guests walk into the hallway, and yell, then Tôya is gone (wow, big surprise), so Wei Fei Lee goes after him, with his minions. Tôya kills the minions (who seemed to have reached him before Wei Fei Lee) and this little kid appears, looking terrified. Wei Fei shows up too (hey! a party!) and Tôya barely saves the kid from Wei's evil whip-like object. Of course, the little kid is actually evil, too, (who saw that coming?!) and stabs Tôya with some strange stick. This hurts him. Tôya is very angry. Just as Wei is about to strike the final blow, Tôya jams his wrist-knife out into the child's arm and/or leg. (I can't tell.) Aya shows up at this time and freaks out, so, Tôya stops trying to stab the little kid. Wei takes the child away, and Aya slaps Tôya. Because stabbing children is bad (as Tôya learns.) Chidori drags Aya away (kill it! KILL IT!!!) and it’s “Aya and Tôya fight #127!”. Oi…

So, Aya’s taking a nap a little later as Yûhi and Chidori fight somewhere in the background. As she’s sleeping, there comes this ~EVIL~ (note that) wolf-like creature. Yuu Watase still can’t draw animals. This wolf looks more like a rabid bunny that got stuck in the electrical socket after taking it’s Prozac. It drools constantly. Personally, I’d be pretty scared if this thing suddenly appeared in my dreams, too. Then, to make it worse, this wolf-like girl appears TOO! Could this dream get any worse? Aya wakes up screaming, as any normal, possessed person would, and scares the shniks outta poor Yûhi. Suzumi and Aya discuss this “human/creature/wolf/thing” and decided Yûhi must protect Aya yet again. Apparently, she switched to an all-girls-school somewhere along the way. It’s the only thing that will explain what happens next:

A door bursts open, and there is a long-haired female yelling. Now, it took me quite awhile to figure out this pretty girl was actually Yûhi in a wig and school-girl uniform. Beautiful, absolutely hilarious. I loved it. The rest of the book was interesting, but would take forever to go into (with me typing, at least) so I’ll tone it down to the highlights.

1)	Yûhi gets chased around by a female headmistress (who looks very manly). It’s quite amusing to see him running in his skirt. Then he falls down the stairs and terrifies the owner of the wolf-creature (though we don’t know this at the time), Maya Hirobe. Did I mention he almost squished Aya? She’s sent to the infirmary, where she dreams of a veeeerrrrry pretty Tôya, covered in blood. Oh, pretty. I’d post it here, but, well, I think we already went over the evils of livejournal, right?
2)	Aya gets attacked by the wolf spirit. It’s would be very scary, or sad, even, if the wolf wasn’t drawn by Yuu Watase. I really think it would have been! As it was, the wolf appeared to be able to unhook it’s jaw and drool. That was kinda scary, I guess. It also had really long teeth that reminded me of shark’s teeth. She’ll need some more practice on animals.
3)	We discover that the pretty girl is actually Yûhi!!! Yay! I really wish I could read Japanese sometimes. Otherwise, it was an… interesting scene. They had something akin to it in the actual anime, but not really, I guess. Aya is (as always) “emotionally unstable” and so Yûhi takes advantage of this moment and kisses her. It all goes well until her tries something more, then she grabs Yûhi's injured arm, so he screams, and he has to slap the wig on reeeeaaaallly fast, as they are in the girl’s dorm, and manly yelling is not allowed.
4)	Yuu Watase has a shining moment, and she draws a dog well. Applause.
5)	Yûhi goes to gym! o.0 We should know that gym includes changing out. Pooooor Yûhi. He gave himself a nosebleed. It was quite amusing. Then Aya beat him. Yûhi seems to get hurt a lot. ^^
6)	Another wolf attack, Ceres comes, makes Maya sad, .
7)	Wolf tries to kill Maya, and her dog, Mamoru, saves her! Even with the bad art, this is saaaaaad! The poor dog! He dies, of course, with much blood. But he does save Maya, who ends up sending the wolf away on a whim. (Why didn’t she do that before the dog died…?)
8)	The next part, I don’t understand. It includes many people (Yûhi, Aya, Mrs. Q, some others) and them digging up the roots of a tree. (?) Yet, they seem fascinated by these roots for several pages. It gets old, when you can’t understand. “Oooooo, tree roots!” “You reckon these are important, Yûhi?” “Wait! Before I decide, let me stare at them more!” “Oh, good idea! I’ll help!” That’s about it.
9)	We meet Shuro! The singer who looks and sounds like a guy, but is female! We already knew this person was here, apparently, but Aya didn’t. (Whoo.) They talk. About what, I don’t know. We all are supposed to think that Shuro is male still. “He” kisses Aya on the cheek, then, the talk is over. (???) Okay.
10)	Tôya (having been whupped by Wei, after submitting to the dark side, yet again (that lasted for ten minutes. Maybe. I wonder when they’ll realize he’s going to betray them again and again and again. Probably never.)) calls Aya from a phone booth. She finds him all bloody and stuff, takes him to his apartment, and bandages him. That idea doesn’t last very long… Little Ceres’!!! o.0 I guess this is the part of the series when Tôya saved Aya from the lab. Or something close to that, anyway.
11)	After that interesting incident, Tôya starts getting flashes in his mind of his memory. Yûhi is pissed (understandably. I don’t think he knows everything about what happened, though.). And Tôya finds a magazine that makes his memory go “ping!”. That’s what I think anyway. Oh yeah, and ALL the phones go “RRRRRRRRR”. I want to hit them. RRRRRRR. Not “ring”, “RRRR”. Like an animal. RRR! No, that’s GRRR! WHAT’S WRONG WITH THE PHONES IN JAPAN?!

So. That’s about it. Other then dropping ice cream on the floor, rinsing it off, and ending up with water and ice cream all over myself (because I turned the water on too hard), getting a new wire on my braces (OW!) AND getting the beginner there (she used to be a haircutter! “Here, let me fix your teeth! Just like hair!” o.0), screwing up part of my math final, and, therefore, screwing myself over, starting yet ANOTHER book, and getting a new faucet in the kitchen, life has been pretty slow. Well, off to do something more interesting then type in a little box. PLEASE: SOMEONE TEACH ME HOW TO MAKE MY LIVEJOURNAL PRETTY. Robin? Yours is pretty! Teach me to make mine pretty! Please? E-mail me instructions? Because I don’t get it otherwise? Pllllleeeaaaasssseee? I don’t get it at all! *sniffles*

Yeah. Off I go! Ayashi no Ceres! So funny! *snickers*

Ten foot Christmas trees.

Ah, yes, I forgot to mention in my last entry that the search for the 8 foot+ fake Christmas tree has been concluded. No, we don't have a Christmas tree in the house yet, nor will we have one until Wednesday, which is when the airmail arrives. Airmail, you ask? But of course! Doesn't every classy, ranch family order their ten foot tall, six foot across Christmas tree online? No? Well, what kind of classy rance families do you know?

So, we get our tree on Wednesday, when it arrives from being flown from whereever. It's huge. Well, it will be, when it gets here. Is it just me, or has the internet taken over our lives? I don't know. Ordering an enormous Christmas tree online is kinda... different, though. Ah well, my family has always been known to be the "trendsetters". Except for me, of course. I'm one of those darn "exceptions". ^^

Also, I forgot to warn you all of the evil Santa Claus minions hiding in Lowe's. Yeah, you think it's some nice hardware store. It's not. It's evil. My family and I was looking for a tree, still, at that time, and killing hours before Drumline started at the theater. I saw this adorable two foot tall Santa's that talked when you squeezed their hands. So, I found the "Try me!" sticker and squeezed it's hand. In a deep, frightening, and rather raspy voice (to which I was tempted to offer a cough drop) it spoke, and asked, "Would you help me blow out my candle?" Have you ever heard a toy that speaks run low on batteries and speak in this evil, Negaverse-y voice? That's what the Santa sounded like. Except, the batteries were fine. I would know, because I tried the eight other Santa models with "Try me!" stickers on them. They all said, in this heart stopping chorus, "Would you like a ride on my sleigh?" I ran to my mother and almost cried. It was terrifing. I decided, at that moment, that they weren't so cute, and I reeeeeally didn't want one afterall.

Thought you wouldn't want to miss out on that part of my weekend. Well, adios!

Cheerful evening!

Well, it's been a prodcutive weekend! After rolling out of bed around noon yesterday, I finished my newspaper project for English. It looks really good, too! I'm proud of it. Today, I wrapped all the Christmas gifts for everyone. They, together, weigh 13½ pounds! o.0 I have to lug those to school tomorrow, along with my trombone. Won't this be interesting?? And I just finished my biology current event, which makes me happy! -^^-

Oh! I went to see Drumline, that marching band movie! It was, overall, really good, (music and everything!) but... uh... it was really inaccurate. I mean, they didn't march. At all. They danced a lot, sure, but no marching. Who would roll around on Astroturf in a $300 uniform? Not many marching bands I know. Anyway, the people who had keys on their instuments never moved their fingers, and the colorguard (they called them "dancers") seemed to have misplaced their flags, because there were none. ?.? The uniforms were accurate, though! But, here was my biggest thing: They would stick in the main character right before a show. Like ten minutes, and he was on! ??? When did he memorize the music? Learn the positions? Oh wait, they don't move much. Right. AND - they did all these fancy jumping moves while playing. Sure, I can understand the bobbing of the instruments and such, but... leaping in the air, spinning around, almost-breakdancing?! Little hard for me to believe. Also, they played a new show for every game. Can you do that? I guess, since they just sorta stood there and danced a bunch, maybe. I don't know, it was weird. Overall, though, if you pretend you've never been in/seen a marching band, it was a good movie! (There are a bunch of other things I could point out that I caught, but I'll just head off before I start pointless rants.) Ah, Hollywood in action.

Um... yeah. The entire theater was filled with African Americans, or girls. There was... maybe... eight (?) people over 30? My family seemed really out of place. It was funny. ^o^

Well, I have a few more things to get done before I catch some z's, so I'm off! Hope you all had a great weekend, and I guess you'll see me coming tomorrow, dragging 13½ pounds of Christmas presents behind me! @.@

Friday, at last.

Well, it's finally Friday. Somehow, that fact seems not to matter. You know, since we all have to study for finals all week. Yuck.

My little brother is getting ready to sleep over at one of his friend's houses again. I wish I could have a fun sleepover this weekend. But, no, I'm too busy battling my computer for homework. Last night, I was determined. Something that doesn't happen often. I decided that I would do my entire newspaper project on Oedipus the King. My computer decided that I wouldn't. So, obviously, I didn't. And, hey, guess what I'm doing now! Snarf.

What else? Not much has happened this week outside of the nerve racking tension that comes with the slow, deadly approach of finals. The only consolences that I have are Christmas Break, and no more gym. Plus, I get a study hall next semester, though I don't know what good it will do me. I always do all my homework at home because that's where my books are. Without books, how can we do the homework? That's one downside of not having lockers. In the end, though, I feel that it's nicer to not have lockers. I kinda like having my backpack always with me and stuff. Makes a lot of things easier, and it's harder to forget little bits.

Oh, yes, and I came up with yet another book idea. I'm not too sure about this one. I think it'll be easier to write then the others, because I don't have to create a whole new world, or anything of that sort. I can just base it off here, which is new. (Not Colorado, just the earth or something like that. Only I understand myself.) It's got a title, which is good. And the plot is mildly interesting in itself. It's not fully worked out (not even close), so it lacks substance and isn't as great as I want it to be. I have tno time to think about it, so... yeah. Anyway, I'm calling it "Savage Eyes" (for the moment, you don't know how many times that's changed already) and I think it looks semi-promising. So, that's four books. I hope to get some time to sketch rough plot outlines, before I forget. I still have to do it for Leylia. *shrugs* No time!

That reminds me. I have a project that's sitting on my desktop as I type this. Stupid Oedipus.

Aaaaanyway... I should probably work on that. Sounds like everyone has a busy weekend, so, hey! I'm not alone! We're decorating the entire house, the search for the fake Christmas tree that's over eight feet tall and under a thousand dollars continues, I have two (three? can't remember) projects to complete, biology homework, finals to study for (we have a gym final this year. A gym final!! I don't get it!!), my trombone to practice, a sale to visit (Meeker Music is having a huge sale, and I'm trying to convince my mother to buy me a new trombone so I'll have one for marching band, and one for concert band... that would be so nice), I have to clean out my desk (it's a terrible, terrible mess), um... I can't think of anything else right now, but isn't that enough? *yawns* I'm just so thankful that I got all my Christmas shopping done last weekend! Oh, pooh. I have to wrap the 30+ gifts too. Arrrrg!

Well. I think it's time I stopped putting off this dreaded project. I know, I know. I'm still doing it. Whatever, I've got to attack it! Head on! Get it done! Be brave and whatever else!

... I hate finals so much. When am I supposed to update Scent of Despair and Shattered???? When?!

Look, this is my brain -> AJFOIEFINALS!VORJGNIRSD?GOREHGSHATERFJJDU!! It hurts. Anywho, off to tackle the zillion things I must do.

I wonder if I'll get to sleep this weekend. I would like to sleep. Oh well.

It's called Arcana. http://arcana.keenspace.com/ It's actually got pretty good art, and the webmistress colors it a lot, too. It updates on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, so it's all good. ^^

Today was an okay kind of day. We played Pickle Ball in gym. I didn't like it... *shrugs* Um... We got two huge projects for English. >< They're going to take awhile. Lessee... Oh! The only really interesting thing today was when I was talking to my Seminar teacher, and she asked what I want to do when I get older. I told her that I wanted to be an editor or a publisher of some kind, and she asked if I was on the Yearbook staff. At this point, I wondered why I wasn't. I'm going to have to take it next year. And I also want to join the Flight staff (the school newspaper). AND take creative writing! Oi. Well, that's only a semester. I just don't know if Yearbook is third period or not. I mean, there's no way I'm dropping band, and I do enjoy having a lunch period. I don't think I could do what Loren does. Hm... I think that I'm going to make a list of all the classes I have to take, and all the one's I want to take. I think I'll have a lot more choices to work with next year.

Gosh, it's cold. I only have two hours or so before the basketball game, so... I should probably do my homework, eat some dinner. I hope it's not cold there! ^.~

The Beak! We get to do the Beak! *gets excited* I can't wait!

Survey!!!

Well, I stole this survey from Robin's journal... and... *pauses* WHAT am I listening to??? Oh. Raisen Detre. Weird song. Someone's on crack. Anyway, here we go!!!

Q1. Looking at yourself objectively, what kind of person are you?
Lazy, but I'll accomplish what I feel I'm forced to, self-hating, someone who looks like their fighting against normal life, when all they want to do is fade into the background and be left alone, insensitive, overly cruel and harsh in many situations, selfish, self-centered

Q2. What colour reflects you today?
Um... Probably blue or red, because I've been up and down all day.

Q3. What's today's theme song?
Today's theme song is... *drum roll, please* In the Land of Twilight, Under the Moon!! Yeah! I love that song. It's so beautiful! *sings*

Q4. What is the one thing you cannot go a day without?
I don't know. Probably just being near something that's mine, that no one else can have. Because I'm really selfish and I have to have something in my "personal space" and I have to have people respect that! *shrugs*

Q5. What do you do in your free time?
Write a lot, listen to music, dance

Q6. What's your favourite season?
Winter, definatly! I love the cold! ^^

Q7. Something people always say to you.
"Bitch!" "What's wrong with you?!" "Don't say that, you are pretty! Here, I bet this complete stranger will agree with me!" "What?"

Q8. Are there any crazes you're caught up in at the moment?
Um... Band? Other than that... Online comics. I'm obsessed. Some of them aren't even that funny. I just love them. ¬¬;;;

Q9. Which animal is most like you?
The cat. Really lazy and mostly rude, but somehow ends with up lots of love and care.

Q10. What's your favourite smell?
Raspberry's! Yum... And Strawberry's dehydrating. Yummy!

Q11. A food you like?
Beef Jerky! And Corned beef! And steak! Cows! Yeah!

Q12. An alcohol you like?
Oh... I don't like many. Sake is okay, but I really only like margarita's and daiquiri's.

Q13. What colour do you most often wear?
Blue, probably. I like red, too, but don't own many red clothes.

Q14. What is the best place to relax?
My bedroom, with the door shut, tea, and a book. Yep. That's the best, by far.

Q15. Is there a saying or motto that you like?
"Never give up, never surrender!" ->?? Would you believe I forgot? ¬¬

Q16. Is there anything that makes you laugh aloud?
Some television shows, Miranda, Jena, a few other things. I tend to laugh a lot.

Q17. A lie you've told?
Gosh... Um, probably about finishing all my homework. *shrugs* Is this supposed to be recent? Oi.

Q19. Tell us one secret.
Hm... I'm really scared about finals. I'm not nearly as smart as everyone thinks I am, and I have to work really hard for my grades. I'm terrified of disappointing my parents, not because they'd do anything to me, but because I would feel like such a failure. I'll never get used to that feeling.

Q20. What do you get so involved in that you forget time is passing?
Playing my trombone, homework, reading certain books.

Q21. What's your favourite time of day?
When I get all my homework done, it's cool (but not freezing, dang it!) and I can do whatever I want.

Q22. Yourself in one word.
Contridictory.

Q23. The part of your body you like best is:
Lips. My cousin said that movie stars would kill for my lips. It made me feel special. ^^;;;

Q24. The sexiest part of your body is:
Uh... My eyes? I don't know. I'm not very "sexy". ^^;; But my eyes are a bunch of different colors! I think that's cool.

Q25. What's a memory from your childhood (the first thing you remember)?
Beating up my little brother, and the robot we owned carrying drinks to us. It was the best. I think we still have it too. Hm...

Q26. If you were a child again, what would you want to do?
Be enrolled in dance or ice skating. I would just love to have that kind of activity to do.

Q27. When you were a child, what was your favourite thing to do?
Read. It's sad, I know, but I was into the whole "reading thing". That's way back when I had time. Mrph.

Q28. When you were a child, who were the heroes you aspired to?
My dad, definatly. My parents were my heroes, always have been, always will be. They are so strong. It really gives me something to live up to, you know?

Q29. What's a book that you would like to read again and again?
The Last Unicorn or Unicorns and Dragons. I love those books!

Q30. A magazine you read regularly.
Um... I don't get any magazines.

Q31. The movie that has moved you the most?
Probably the Escaflowne movie, because I really acted like Hitomi at the time I first read the entire script. It made me realize what I was. And what I didn't want to be. So, now I'm what I am. Yep.

Q32. Is there anything that you collect?
Unicorns, dragons, uh... I don't know. Oriental stuff. I like that a lot.

Q33. The thing that you want most is:
To feel important and to have my parents look at me and be proud.

Q34. What are you spending money on at the moment?
Christmas gifts! Ah! I have no money!! *cries*

Q35. What is the most expensive thing that you are wearing right now?
My hoodie. That's sad. I took the pearl earrings off. Whoops. ^^;;

Q37. Which thing in your room/house do you use the most?
Either my computer, or my bed. I'm always sleeping when I have spare time.

Q38. What is the one thing you would say your room/house lacks?
More dogs! I love dogs. For real? Probably a computer with internet access in my room. Oh well. I don't really want it. Maybe a car? But that's not in the house...

Q39. What's the most useless thing in your room/house?
I have so much useless stuff! It's sad. Probably all the papers I have that serve no purpose.

Q40. What do you like to drink just after you get out of the bath?
Soda! Something cold. Very cold. ^^

Q41. A song that you can't stop humming.
Simple and Clean - Hikaru Utada

Q42. Up to now, what's the happiest dream you've had?
Probably the one where I was in a cage, people looked at me, Miranda got eaten by a giant Zebra and there were a lot of Japanese/Korean kids there, talking really fast. That's not the cool part though. I ate a golden ball and got huge angel wings, whereupon they freed me, and I was worshipped. People loved me. It was the best.

Q43. Up to now, what's the scariest dream you've had?
This is going to sound silly, but it was with the Coneheads. I got into their spaceship (they had been visiting us for some reason) and they flew around the yard, I yelled for them to stop, and finally they did and let me out. I walked back to my house, but I saw two Coneheads in our kitchen window. I blinked and they were gone, so I went inside. I couldn't find anyone, but I walked into my parent's room and my mother rolled over... and she was a Conehead. I hate the Coneheads because of this dream. ><

Q44. When you meet someone for the first time what do you notice first?
Probably how their care of themselves (shabby, like they care, maybe they wash their hair or something? are all their clothes ripped?), then I notice the mood (smile?, frown?) and then the eyes, nose, normal, I guess. *shrugs*

Q45. What is the most important thing in human relationships?
Trust, I guess. There's something else that I find really important, but I forgot it! ... Oh well.

Q46. Something you're afraid of.
My future destroying itself, my parents unhappy with me, fickle, selfish things.

Q47. What's something you have trouble with?
Following my own advice, being true to myself, instead of just going along with everyone else.

Q48. Something you absolutely don't want.
My dog to die. I know, that's stupid! But... she's older then me, and I love her! She's my dog.

Q49. Do you go after the things you want?
Not usually. I sit and wait for them to come, and if that doesn't work, then I go after them. I guess it really depends on the situation.

Q50. Are you good at telling lies?
Not at all. People can always tell when I'm lying. I don't know why, either.

Q51. What is something you've been wanting to try for a long time?
I really want to perform a dance in the talent show, but I'm too scared, and I want to enter my poems in a contest, but I'm too scared, and I want to publish a book, but I have no time to write it.

Q52. When did you last cry?
Last year, probably. The whole "Eric thing". Yeah.

Q53. Do you have any good luck charms?
You're asking me?! I've got good luck pens, pendents, earrings, sweaters, shoes, pants, socks, underwear, sheets, paper, rocks, stuffed animals, stickers, the list goes on forever.

Q54. What's your ideal method of transportation?
Wings! Angel wings! Huh? Oh, I like to walk, but I'm too far away for anything for that, so... let's take a limo. ^^;;

Q55. What thing do you want most?
To be accepted for what I am, and not have to hide anymore under different layers of myself. I just want to be ME!

Q56. Tell us your special secret skill.
I think I can dance. I don't know, though. I don't show anyone else because I'm scared of their opinions. *sighs*

Q57. Is there a sound you hate?
High pitched or really loud noises. *shrugs* Pretty normal, I guess.

Q58. What's your body's weak point?
Oh... My lower back, on either side of the spine. You have to press it really hard but... Yeah. I'm mostly weak everywhere, but that's got to be my worst weak point.

Q59. How long can you be alone (no phone, no computer etc.)?
Give me a pen, paper, a pillow, blanket, bed, then go away. Oh. Can I have some food? Thanks. Now go away. Come back in a month.

Q60. Do you have common sense?
Sometimes. I do have a lot more than people credit me for. Maybe it's just fear. I don't know.

Q61. If you could use magic only once, what type of magic would you use?
I'd use the magic to give myself hidden wings that I could call upon any time I wanted to. That would be all I ever wanted.

Q62. If you could become someone else for a day, who would you be?
Hm... Probably some anime character. Like... Oh, I don't know. Himeno? Probably Van. Cause he has those awesome wings. I'm stuck on wings... I know.

Q63. If you were a phantom thief, what would you try to steal?
A new trombone. I really, really want one with an attachment. *sparkles*

Q64. If there was another you (an identical copy) what would you do?
Oh, this is easy. It would write out the plots for my stories, help me with huge homework loads, do all my dirty work, you know? I don't think I'd have it do everything for me, because if I don't learn, I'm in trouble. I'd play tricks on people. ^o^;;;

Q65. What would you be if you weren't what you are now, career-wise?
I'd be sitting in a chair, editing someone's works... Or... Working out a horse at a pretty ranch somewhere, as people read "Legend of Leylia" and I get fanmail.

Q66. What would you rather be doing right now?
Sleeping.

Q67. If you appeared in a movie, what character would you like to be?
The hero. I always love the heroes. Typical.

Q68. Which title would you like to have?
Second Princess. Then I wouldn't have all the responsiblity, but I'd still be noble!

Q69. What do the people that you admire have in common?
Intelligence, grace, beauty.

Q70. If you were a guy would you be attracted to the girl you are now (or vice versa)?
Um... Probably not. Not much to be attracted to, is there?

Q71. Do you consider yourself attractive?
Nope.

Q72. When is your partner at their best?
During last period, because that's the only time we get to see each other for more than ten minutes at a time!

Q73. What does "love" mean to you?
The bonding of two people, heart and soul.

Q74. What do you think about infidelity?
*shrugs* It's something I have to admit I tend to lean towards sometimes. I don't know. God confuses me. Religion in general confuses me.

Q75. What trait in the opposite sex do you hate?
Probably the way they always have to show off. Never met one that can't show off.

Q76. Up to now, what type of present have you been given that you haven't known what to do with?
Well, just books and stuff that I already own, or some nasty food that no one can stand.

Q77. If you could have anything tailor made, what would it be?
A dress. Big and poofy. Or the Leylia outfit I designed. Cause I love it!

Q78. If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Cows. I liiiiike cows.

Q79. What is a view or scene that you haven't been able to forget?
The blood-red sunset. That's why I'm writing Shattered! *shrugs* That, or my mother/father crying.

Q80. What energizes you?
Music, sugar, Jena.

Q81. What's your favourite place at an amusement park?
In the water park, under the water.

Q82. Do practical jokes bother you?
Sometimes. As long as they don't get something on you and you can just laugh them off and move on, I'm okay. Nothing harsh.

Q83. If you could erase one thing from your life, what would it be?
Um... Probably some 7th grade issues.

Q84. When you're worried about a problem, how do you solve it?
Write in my other journal, discuss it with the problem (yes, even if it's an inanimate object...), think through the issue.

Q87. What would you say to someone who was drowning in the sea with no chance of rescue?
"I'm sorry!!!" Then I'd cry a lot. Probably hide.

Q88. When you're thinking, "oh no," what goes through your head?
Lots of colors... I usually get dizzy/close to passing out, depending on how bad it is.

Q89. This summer, what have you accomplished?
Um... I built myself a huge fanbase with Scent of Despair?

Q90. What would you like to happen tomorrow?
Six feet of snow on the ground, my mother to come home early, and no school.

Q91. If the world was going to end tomorrow, what would you do?
Cry. ^^ Um... Okay, I'd probably be with my family and... I don't know what we would do. Just talk, be with our animals. Yeah...

Q92. Next year, what do you want to do?
PUBLISH LEGENDS OF LEYLIA!!! And dance in the talent show. Sure, yeah right, whatever.

Q93. What will you be doing in ten years?
Hopefully working with a big name editor, and working on my second/third book.

Q94. What would you put into a time capsule that you'd open in twenty years?
Pictures of my friends and I, old poems, notes from people, my journal, when completed.

Q96. What were you in a past life?
A lazy, fat cat.

Q97. Make a prediction for the next year.
Probably having written two pages for Legends of Leylia, I'll be showing it to everyone proudly, even as they tell me to leave them alone. Yep, that sounds right.

Q98. What happens after death?
Nothing. You're just gone. Either that, or there's a heaven. *shrugs* I don't know. Guess I'll find out when I die, huh?

Q99. Share some words of wisdom.
Knowledge is power,
Power leads to corruption,
Corruption is evil,
Therefore, knowledge is evil.

Q100. What is one thing that makes you happy?
Being around the people that I love most, recieving praise from my parents, feeling like I did something good, getting reviews on my stories.

That was fun! Now, I'm going to bed. Night, everyone!

Look at the time!

Well, I just finished my homework. The sad part is, all I had was History! It was really annoying. One thing after another. She gave us a slew of worksheets today and wanted us to turn them in before class ended. Like that was going to happen? We only had fourty, fifty minutes to work on these huge assignments, and no time to get together and talk about our religion projects, so, she decided, in the last ten minutes or so, that we could do the worksheets for homework too. >< This means that I'll have to do my current event tomorrow, which isn't good news for me. Personally, I have this craving to work on Shattered, but I haven't had any time lately! It must've been a couple of months since I last updated it. So far, there's only the prologue, which annoys me. Plus, I want to work on Scent of Despair a little too! No time! Arg! *notes as "No Future" starts playing on Winamp" Um... Well, I find that slightly creepy. Anyway...

The rest of today was okay. Jena was really hyper and we were hyper together for a minute or two, maybe? Then we both decided we were tired, and it wasn't worth being hyper. Yeah. Hm... Spanish was okay. Looks like we're learning more hard stuff. I really don't like Spanish. It's just... I don't know, I'm never going to use it, I'll forget it this summer. I mean, I don't want to travel out of the United States, so why do I have to learn a stupid foriegn language I don't even care about? At least Robin's putting her's to a good use and reading manga with it! I'm not even studying enough to do something like that. I don't think that I'm going to take Spanish 3, just because it'd probably kill me more than help me. I want to take Japanese, if anything! Not Spanish!! Arg!

Yes. That was my "I hate Spanish" rant. Pretty pointless, isn't it? Then again, this journal is pretty pointless. A lot of things I do is pointless. For example, almost everyday I come home and clean up my room and make my bed, even though it's three in the afternoon, and I'll be sleeping in it soon anyway. Then, I write a list of all the things I have to do that night, even though most of it is already in my planner. ?.? So, I'm just wasting paper. Pointless, isn't it? Heh, yeah, it is.

So! *Must... stop... ranting* I'm trying to avoid going upstairs because I know I have more work to do up there. And, you know, I really, really don't feel like doing anything else, other than posting a loooong entry in here and going to bed. After I write "Do history current event" in my planner. That will remind me to write "Do portfolio project", hopefully. Can't forget that huge chunk of my grade, can I? Nope.

My mom was supposed to sign on MSN down in Florida, but I guess they didn't get the applaince running or something. ¬¬ She's picking up her sister today. They don't get along very well. o.0 That's not good. Carole tends to jump to conclusions a lot. A LOT. And she doesn't read or listen to what you say. It's true! I would know. So would my mother.

Hey! Look! Martin's online!

*yawns* Oh well... I'm going to go chat online for awhile, delay going upstairs... Because there is WORK up there. I HATE WORK. Well, not really. Anyway, later everyone! See ya tomorrow! (At school, you know? We do have school tomorrow, don't we? Uh oh...)

^^;;;

Gosh, it's already eleven... I haven't done any of my homework, either. ¬¬ Hey, I'm up, though, that's good, right? Yeah. Hm... Well, I hope everyone had a great break. I know mine was a lot of fun. Got to hang out with my Dad a lot. He's a really cool guy, but he's usually working or something. It was nice to just watch a bunch of movies with him. ^^;;; Oh! I gave my trombone a bath yesterday! Went to LKB's band website and found the link to Graner music, then gave it a much needed bath. It was pretty gross. But now it's all pretty and shiny! ^^ Yeah!

Well, I should probably head off and find something warm to wear. I'm cold. ¬¬ And I have to do some homework. Oh! And practice! ... But that's fun. Unlike homework. Which is not.

It's cooooold!

We dropped my mom off at the airport, so now she's heading down to Florida. Mrph. And so, it's just my dad, brother, and I. Insane. Oh, and I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I know I did. Grm. I'm so tired. Nap. Naptime. Nnnn....

Zzzzzzz...

Quizzes, quizzes, all around!!

Whew, that's a lot of quizzes... Here we go! (By the way, I found these all in Robin's journal. Got bored, ya know? ^^;;;)

Which Ultimate Beautiful Woman are You?
brought to you by Quizilla

Quee! I love the picture on here!!! Dragons!

What Kind of Virgin Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla

*laughs* Um... sure... Kami, you had better take this one, because I'm dying to know what you get!

What Type Of Retro Gal Are You?
brought to you by Quizilla
You are the Girl Next Door. You're the sweet one. The quiet one. The one that he doesn't realize he's got until you're gone.

Miranda said almost the same thing! Creepy! ^^ La!

Who is your Ideal Lord of the Rings (male) Mate?
brought to you by Quizilla

Yay! I didn't even cheat! Amazing, is it not??

Anyway, I got my money for my grades today! Don't hold it against me, this money is buying your Christmas presents. ^^;;;; Yeah. So, we're probably going to go shopping after eating dinner tonight. Just me and my mother! Hopefully.

Phew, today was a lot of fun! We went to Challenger for our "recruiting" and the kids there are tough. They clapped a lot and everything, but they talked a lot, and didn't really pay attention. It annoyed me. Still, my brother at least said that he liked it! ^^ That's good. Um... Then we came back, and I went to gym, where we got to sit and talk. I have an A something in there, since I usually participate. The entire class just decided they were too tired, and guessed that the teacher couldn't count us all down. So, none of us did anything! It was fun! ^__^ Um... Lunch was interesting. Jena, Miranda, and I all talked and got really hyper. It was incrediably amusing. Um... English was mucho fun, for once. We did our presentations, then watched cartoons. Yay! It was very funny. I had to stay after school to make up my math test that I missed when we went to Challenger. Then, I got to hang out with Jason for a little while. Maybe ten minutes? We played volleyball with the balloon I had to bring in for our English presentation. Phew.

Well, that's all I did today. I hope my mom and I get to go out and shop together! She's so much fun to shop with! ^^ I like hanging out, just the two of us. Mrph... I have to go get my list of people to buy gifts for, and what gifts I'm getting them, make sure I didn't forget anyone. I don't have a whole lot of money, and a lot of friends to split it up with, so I'm going to try and find stuff with sentemental value or that has to do with inside jokes. Huh... We'll see how it works out.

I'm off! (Gosh, I'm so sleepy, even now!) But, I'm not sick anymore! Yay! Hm... I'm going to go practice my trombone. I haven't been able to for a really long time. ^^ This will be fun!!!

Still don't. I would have stayed home, but I had a biology test this morning... Which we didn't take, of course. There were only six kids or so in the entire class. And then we did nothing in Spanish... In Band, we did practice our show we'll be doing at Challenger tomorrow, so I guess that it's good I didn't miss that. Um... History, we got our projects assigned. I'm doing Judaism, which is really cool. We have groups of three, and both my partners are Jewish, so the project should be fun and kinda interesting. ^^ La!

I really don't feel that great. Chris got me hyper during lunch/history, and now I'm thinking that my stomach really didn't want all those sweets. We did do the Beak during lunch, to cheer us all up. That was fun.

Anyway, I have a lot of homework (don't I always have a lot???) so I should go work on that. Mom's bringing home Chili's ribs for dinner! Quee!!!
